In this role you will represent Starbucks brand in our analytics, strategy and marketing team. This team is the center hub between our innovation and base teams to manage cross-platform marketing campaigns with our partners Nestlé, monthly executive level reporting and metrics, P&L management support and strategic insights work. Lead and develop a team of 3–4 professionals responsible for business strategy and execution in partnership with Nestlé, while coaching and mentoring team members for growth and development in alignment with Starbucks mission and values Analyze CPG and consumer data to advise on and develop strategies to meet our current and future goals Report out our consumption and financials on a monthly basis to our VP and SVP leadership Ensure out-of-store marketing elevates the brand and achieves in market KPIs Challenge category-level thinking and strategies to influence future plans within and outside of Nestlé Guide innovation and pipeline through launch via a robust go-to-market plan Develop and guide digital strategy for North America At Home Coffee, including data usage and privacy rules Manage our presence online, including facilitating social strategy, Nespresso DTC and Coffee At Home website in partnership with Nestlé Partner closely with Finance to manage financial planning, forecasting, and performance expectations Build strong, trust based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Tightly manage your team’s budget, prioritizing various business needs and ROI on these expenditures Manage the relationship with our primary consumption data partner Enjoy working with a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven team We’d Love To Hear From People With
Progressive experience in brand management and marketing, 6-10 years Project leadership in a cross-functional environment, 6-10 years Demonstrated experience leading and developing high performing teams, including coaching, performance management, and supporting career growth, 3+ years Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Progressive experience leading the development and implementation of new or existing products or strategies Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to manage through ambiguity Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadline Preferred Qualifications
