A global industry leader is seeking an experienced Director of Tax to oversee its worldwide tax strategy, compliance, and reporting. This executive role is ideal for a senior tax professional with deep international experience and the ability to lead a complex, multinational tax function. What You'll Do
Lead global tax strategy, planning, and risk management. Oversee U.S. and international tax compliance, ASC 740 reporting, and year-end tax processes. Advise senior leadership on cross-border planning, global minimum tax rules, and intercompany structures. Manage transfer pricing, U.S. international tax provisions, and global audits. Drive tax process improvements, automation, and modern tax technology adoption. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global tax team. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's in Accounting CPA required. 1215+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including 5+ years in global/international tax. Strong knowledge of ASC 740, U.S. international tax rules, global compliance, and transfer pricing. Experience working in a multinational environment with cross-border complexity. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities. Master's in Taxation or MBA preferred.
