Shift: Various – must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Answer Room Service telephones and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including promotions, specials, and preparation details.
Upsell food and beverage items such as sides, desserts, beverages, and promotion items.
Take guest food and beverage orders and input them into the point‑of‑sale system.
Reconcile checks upon delivery of orders, including verifying totals, gratuity disbursement, and managing the cash drawer and house bank as per accounting guidelines.
