What You’ll Do

  • Design graphic elements for company-branded and signature athlete apparel collections, with a strong focus on sports-related themes.
  • Develop and execute original graphic designs for apparel, including typography, illustrations, and layouts for various collections.
  • Create new marks and logo designs for seasonal graphics and athletes.
  • Curate graphic visual centers, product trim suites, and presentations.
  • Lead brainstorm sessions, design seasons, and reviews, contributing to product creation meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including leadership, product management, development, materials teams, athletes, artists, and collaborators, to align on aesthetic, construction, and development.
  • Contribute to in-depth research, developing product storytelling and world-building through art and visuals.
  • Prioritize and manage workload across diverse projects, from short-term tasks to long-range initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of relevant design work experience in apparel or tee‑shirt graphic design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, product design, graphic design, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • A strong, well-curated creative design portfolio showcasing experience with tee‑shirt graphic design, diverse projects, research methodology, design development, problem‑solving, and final execution. (Please provide website links or attach PDF files when you apply.)
  • High proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • A strong connection to sport and its culture, with an understanding of current trends.
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, brand identity, and design principles.
  • Knowledge and ability in product design, including ideation, development, specification, and final execution of designs that balance innovation, performance, and style.
  • Experience working directly with a diverse range of consumers and athletes.
  • Proven ability to contribute to the initiation, development, and implementation of in-depth research leading to product storytelling.
  • Expert written, verbal, and visual communication skills, capable of delivering project presentations to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Excellent ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • A positive attitude, adept at navigating challenging briefs and ambiguity to successful completion.
  • Creatively agile, with strong innovative thinking, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and adapt.
  • Passion for storytelling and translating narratives into compelling visual elements.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Ai visualization skills.
  • Experience with 3D design and CLO software.
  • A strong eye for style, graphic style, and visual trends.
