Position Overview The Commercial Escrow Officer will oversee and manage all aspects of the commercial escrow process from initiation through closing. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring transactions are completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of commercial escrow transactions from opening to closing
Review and process all closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, and internal teams throughout the closing process
Identify and resolve title issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions and communications
Ensure adherence to all title and escrow procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
Deliver a high level of customer service and build strong client relationships
Communicate clearly and effectively with all parties involved in the transaction
Qualifications & Requirements
2–4+ years of experience in commercial escrow or title services
Direct experience handling commercial escrow transactions
Strong knowledge of title and escrow processes
High School Diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ResWare preferred
Must be eligible to obtain state title licensing
Must be eligible to obtain notary commission

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: ~$80,000 + commission per closing
