Job Title: Salesforce Solutions Architect
Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that Salesforce implementations align with organizational goals, integrate seamlessly with existing systems, and follow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design
Translate business requirements into end-to-end Salesforce architecture and solution designs Define data models, automation strategies, and system integrations across Salesforce clouds Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to shape requirements Act as a trusted advisor on Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and roadmap decisions Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions
Technical Leadership
Guide developers and admins on implementation approach and standards Review code, configurations, and architecture for quality and compliance Establish governance, design patterns, and reusable frameworks
Integration & Systems Thinking
Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, data warehouses, APIs) Ensure data consistency, security, and performance across platforms
Delivery & Oversight
Support project planning, estimation, and risk management Oversee solution delivery from design through deployment Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize existing implementations
Required Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in Salesforce (Admin, Developer, or Architect roles) Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions at scale Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, etc.) Solid knowledge of data modeling, security, and automation within Salesforce Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, or multiple domain certs) Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds and complex enterprise environments Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies Exposure to enterprise architecture or cross-system design Key Skills Strong problem-solving and systems thinking Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Leadership and mentoring capabilities What Success Looks Like Well-architected Salesforce solutions that scale with the business High adoption and satisfaction from stakeholders Clean, maintainable implementations with minimal rework Clear alignment between business goals and technical delivery
