Core Responsibilities
Deliver a gracious, polished welcome that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience Manage reservations, pacing, and table assignments with precision and discretion Utilize reservation systems to optimize guest flow, anticipate needs, and accommodate special requests Communicate seamlessly with management and service teams to ensure fluid dining room operations Maintain an impeccably presented host stand and entry experience at all times Provide knowledgeable guidance on menus, private dining, and upcoming events Address guest inquiries or concerns with tact, professionalism, and solution-oriented hospitality Support the service team to uphold consistent standards throughout service Brand Ambassador Standards
Represent Fielding’s Steak with elegance, confidence, and composure Demonstrate elevated hospitality instincts and attention to detail Maintain professional appearance and refined communication at all times Create memorable first and final impressions that foster guest loyalty Qualifications
Previous experience in upscale or fine-dining hospitality preferred Proficiency with reservation platforms such as OpenTable or comparable systems Strong understanding of dining room pacing, table management, and guest flow Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask gracefully in a high-volume, luxury environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence What We Offer
