Shipping And Receiving Specialist
Hire Up Staffing is seeking a Shipping And Receiving Specialist with a background in the mechanical or industrial field. This role supports warehouse operations, shipping logistics, and provides hands-on assistance to the shop floor when needed. Pay - $20+ DOE Shift- Monday-Friday 7am-330pm OT as needed Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process all inbound and outbound shipments Schedule freight and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery Load and unload trucks using a forklift Track shipments and resolve any shipping or delivery issues Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and timelines Perform local pickups and deliveries as needed Assist with basic mechanical tasks and support shop operations Qualifications:
High school diploma required 2+ years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience in a mechanical or industrial environment Mechanical aptitude or prior hands-on/mechanic experience strongly preferred Forklift experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Great opportunity to join a growing team with long-term potential apply today!
