Job Summary
The Regional Director of Operations provides
strategic and operational leadership
across multiple sites, overseeing key functions including
Sterile Processing (SPD), Transportation, and Facilities . This role is responsible for driving
operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization
across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership & Strategy
Operations & Compliance Oversight
Ensure compliance with AAMI, CDC, CMS, DOT, OSHA, and accreditation standards
Leadership Development & Talent Management
Quality, Throughput & Continuous Improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of operational experience
5+ years in multi-site leadership roles
Proven leadership across
Sterile Processing, Logistics, Facilities, or similar functions
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards ( AAMI, CDC, CMS, OSHA, DOT )
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive performance outcomes

Days - Monday -Friday (5x8 shifts)
Schedule:
40 hours per week
Contract Length:
13 weeks
Local Pay range: $65-$70/hour
*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
