Houston, TX (Hybrid – Onsite Wednesdays)
Salary Range:
$99,000–$130,000
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Net Revenue Analyst
with deep expertise in
Kodiak (Crowe)
to join the Net Revenue team. This role plays a critical part in supporting monthly financial close activities, analyzing complex revenue data, and guiding organizational leaders through meaningful financial insights. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, extensive net revenue experience, and a solid understanding of reimbursement structures across commercial and government payors.
This is a
lead‑level
role that also serves as a mentor and resource to junior analysts, contributing to cross‑departmental initiatives and supporting enterprise‑wide revenue integrity.
Principal Accountabilities
Serve as a lead‑level analyst and mentor to less experienced staff
Support the monthly financial close process, including:
Ensuring data accuracy
Preparing trend models
Researching rate variances
Preparing journal entries and reconciliations
Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends for leadership decision‑making
Contribute to the development of accounting reserve methodologies
Prepare schedules for external financial reporting, including auditors
Understand revenue cycle dependencies and reimbursement impacts on net revenue
Prepare managed care contract performance trend reports
Collaborate with finance executives and cross‑functional teams
Support net revenue software implementations and departmental projects
Stay informed on regulatory and reimbursement changes
Actively participate in the Crowe RCA user community
Support professional development and uphold Memorial Hermann service standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Must‑Have Requirements
Kodiak (Crowe) experience
7+ years of net revenue experience
Revenue accounting expertise
Knowledge of commercial and government payor reimbursement structures
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred)
Advanced degree preferred
CPA preferred
Experience & Skills
Minimum
7 years of net revenue experience
Kodiak (Crowe) experience is required
— non‑negotiable
Strong revenue accounting knowledge
Analytical skills sufficient to provide meaningful net revenue insights
Working knowledge of reimbursement structures for commercial and government payors
Experience retrieving data from systems such as:
Excel
Lawson
EPSI
