Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contract & Provider Relations Manager located in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will participate in Joint Organization Committee meetings with partner hospitals and medical groups while serving as the primary point of contact to ensure alignment, clear communication, and follow‑through on hospital contract initiatives. Support the negotiation and development of hospital contract proposals, prepare and manage Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for new business opportunities, and review payor agreements for accuracy, financial impact, and operational requirements. Monitor contracted payments to ensure compliance with agreed‑upon terms, maintain and update fee schedules, and oversee the resolution of insurance underpayments. Lead and support radiologist recruitment efforts, ensure timely completion of Lyra and Go Back reports, and coordinate with hospital billing teams to support timely provider credentialing with payors. Partner with internal credentialing staff to facilitate efficient onboarding and hospital credentialing processes, and lead and contribute to departmental and organizational projects.
Qualifications Experience in healthcare contracting, provider relations, or hospital partnership management Experience in physician recruitment Strong understanding of payor contracting, credentialing processes, and reimbursement models Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clinical leadership and external partners
