As a founding member of the newly established Spektrix DACH team, you will work as a Business Development & Solutions Specialist at the intersection of sales, implementation, and long-term customer success. You will represent Spektrix to potential clients, partners, and stakeholders in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The position is for reliable and committed individuals who enjoy taking responsibility and have a passion for varied tasks. You will accompany our customers throughout the entire customer journey from first contact through system demos and implementation projects to ongoing support. You will offer personal and reliable service with the care, technical depth, and quality of service for which Spektrix is known. Sales Support: Conducting technical system demos and discovery sessions to show potential clients how Spektrix solutions meet their business needs. You will also support the sales cycle through prospecting, lead qualification, and participation in tenders. Implementation Management: Accompany the onboarding and system implementation projects from contract signing to go-live. You will create realistic project timelines, ensure high system adoption through active communication, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and prepare our customers for long-term success. Client Support: You will be the central point of contact for our DACH customers for all support requests, from daily application questions to consulting projects. You will be supported by our established global client success teams. Market Representation & Stakeholder Management: You will act as a key ambassador for Spektrix in the DACH region, at industry events, and in direct contact with interested parties and partners. The strong connection you build externally will be reflected in your close collaboration with our global teams to ensure a seamless and professional experience for our partners. Market Analysis & Feedback: You will contribute to the optimization of Spektrix for the DACH market by documenting local requirements such as payment providers, tax regulations, or culture-specific workflows and sharing these insights with our product and development teams. Operational Excellence: Ensuring high standards of data integrity by accurately recording all sales activities and project milestones in our internal systems (e.g., HubSpot) and providing regular updates to internal stakeholders. About You (Requirements)
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are an independent, proactive individual with a growth mindset and feel comfortable in the dynamics of a market launch phase. Technical Affinity: You are a "system person" with a deep understanding of complex software. You have experience with ticketing, CRM, or marketing software and enjoy data mapping and technical troubleshooting. Strategic Problem Solving: You have the proven ability to manage multiple priorities ensuring that urgent issues are resolved while important long-term projects continue to progress. Experience: Ideally, you have experience in the arts and culture sector and the ticketing industry in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, or you bring a very strong interest in this area. Languages: German at a native level and fluent English speaking and writing skills. Benefits
