Position Overview
Role is working with a premier custom home construction firm.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands‑on Marketing Director to lead marketing initiatives, elevate brand visibility, and drive qualified leads.

This role will oversee brand development, digital strategy, partnerships, and client acquisition efforts while positioning the company as the premier luxury custom builder in the region.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.

Define brand positioning within the luxury custom home market.

Establish measurable KPIs for lead generation, brand awareness, and ROI.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing

Oversee website strategy, SEO, and content development.

Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, display, retargeting).

Implement CRM-based lead tracking and reporting.

Optimize conversion funnels from inquiry to consultation.

Brand & Content Development

Oversee social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn).

Develop compelling storytelling around craftsmanship, client experiences, and design innovation.

Manage blog, email marketing, and newsletter campaigns.

Partnerships & Community Presence

Cultivate relationships with Realtors, architects, designers, and luxury service providers.

Coordinate participation in events such as home tours, builder showcases, and local chamber events.

Build strategic partnerships within the Granbury and surrounding markets.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Monitor regional luxury home trends.

Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies.

Identify new target markets and expansion opportunities.

Budget & Vendor Management

Manage annual marketing budget.

Oversee marketing agencies, freelancers, and media partners.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury real estate, home building, or construction.

Proven experience generating high-quality leads in a relationship-driven industry.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Experience managing branding for premium or luxury services.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Experience

Background in custom home construction, real estate development, or architecture marketing.

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
