This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

The Associate, Business Intelligence is a hands‑on analytical partner to the Global Private Wealth (GPW) business and Wealth Marketing team. This role offers the chance to work directly with sales, marketing, and commercial operations team to build target audiences, pull and analyze engagement data, and measure performance across events and digital initiatives.

Embedded within GPW Commercial Operations, this role ensures consistency in data, measurement and reporting across wealth marketing efforts, enabling a unified view of campaign performance and direct alignment to sales outcomes. The Associate is responsible for ensuring campaigns are properly targeted, accurately tracked, and clearly reported, with outputs that support effective sales follow‑up and continuous improvement. What you will do:
GPW TARGET & AUDIENCE DELIVERY

Build and deliver audiences for campaigns, events, and outreach using various data sets

Partner with Marketing and Sales to define segmentation and ensure campaigns are structured for execution

Set up campaign tracking requirements, including audience definitions, tagging, and data capture

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT & ROI ANALYSIS

Track campaign and event performance, including engagement, conversion, and return on investment

Evaluate results to identify what is working and where adjustments are needed

Monitor follow‑up activity to assess impact on pipeline and sales progression

DATA & REPORTING

Extract and manage data from Snowflake, Salesforce, and marketing platforms to support analysis and reporting

Design and support development of Power BI dashboards that provide transparency into campaign performance and sales engagement

Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to support marketing execution and sales priorities

SALES ALIGNMENT & INSIGHT DELIVERY

Translate marketing engagement into actionable outputs that support sales outreach and prioritization

Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure data accuracy and consistent use of campaign data

Identify trends in engagement and performance to inform future campaign execution

What you bring:

Experience in asset management, private markets, wealth management, or financial services strongly preferred

Demonstrated success in implementing data-focused marketing and segmentation efforts

Familiarity with marketing attribution models and campaign performance analytics

Experience working with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms

Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities that translate complex data into actionable insights

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global sales, marketing, and analytics teams

Education Preferred

Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.S), or equivalent experience

Experience

5-7 years in marketing and/or distribution analytics, marketing operations, or comparable positions

Salary Range
$83,000.00 - $107,000.00
This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long‑term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
