Summary
The UX Designer leads user-centered design work that improves behavior, drives conversion, and reduces friction. They turn research into clear, testable UX solutions aligned to business goals and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct and analyze user research independently.
Design information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with UI and content teams for holistic experience delivery.
Utilize AI tools to support ideation and iteration.
Contribute to usability testing design and analysis.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human-centered design, cognitive science, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional UX design experience.
Technical Skills
Advanced use of Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
Experience with user testing tools and analytics integration.
Competencies
Proactive problem‑solving across user flows and systems.
Ability to work independently while managing feedback and revisions.
Balanced focus on user needs and business goals.
The base salary range for this position is $45,000—$90,000 USD. Compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
