Remote Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Marketing Manager partners with the VP of Marketing to develop, execute, and optimize media strategies for two brands, Your Home Improvement Company (YHIC). This role is responsible for performance-driven media planning, budget allocation, and in-depth analysis to maximize lead generation and marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to develop and implement local and regional media strategies focused on lead generation and revenue growth

Analyze campaign performance by market and channel to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Develop and execute action plans to improve key performance indicators, including Cost per Opportunity (CPO), Response Rates, and Cost of Marketing (COM%)

Recommend strategic media investments across Print, Direct Mail, DRTV, Digital (PPC and Paid Social), and Email channels

Oversee media budgets to ensure efficient allocation and strong return on investment

Manage agency partnerships to ensure timely production & execution of marketing initiatives

Conduct testing (A/B and other methodologies) to optimize campaign effectiveness

Ensure all direct response marketing activities comply with applicable regulations and industry best practices

Provide regular performance reporting and strategic insights to executive leadership

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of experience in D2C (Direct To Customer) marketing and media strategy

At least 5 years of direct response marketing experience

Demonstrated success managing multi‑channel campaigns and performance‑based budgets

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform strategic decisions

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)

Work Environment

Remote role requiring extended periods of computer use
