Your new role
The Content and Digital Communications Coordinator implements a content strategy to grow, engage and celebrate the community of donors, volunteers, advocates and op shoppers who power Sacred Heart Mission’s efforts to end homelessness.
You’ll source powerful human stories across our programs and tell those stories across digital channels including web, social media and email. You’ll use analytics tools to monitor channel and campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and target specific audiences with relevant content.
Plan, create and publish content across all digital channels
Support people with lived experience of homelessness to share their stories
Create compelling written and multimedia content
Analyse and continuously improve content and channel performance
We’re looking for someone with
Proven experience in digital marketing, analytics and channel management
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and design and editing software
Outstanding writing, editing and interviewing skills in a range of mediums
A strong sense of ethics and the ability to build trust and relationships
You can look forward to
Base salary of $45.93-$49.42 per hour (depending on experience) plus superannuation and leave loading
Hybrid working with a mix of in-office and at-home days
