Insight Global is hiring an AutoCAD Drafter to support a growing telecommunications and low‑voltage infrastructure subcontractor based on‑site in Fredericksburg, VA.

This is a hands-on, junior/entry-level role and a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real‑world drafting and field experience while working closely with project teams.

What You’ll Work On

• Civil road base drawings
• Simple 2D building designs
• Field data collection using GPS units

Location Matters

• On‑site 5 days per week in Fredericksburg, VA
• Hybrid may be considered only with stronger experience

Must-Haves

• Around 1 year of AutoCAD experience
• Entry-level design or drafting coursework
• Willingness to work in the field and collect data

Nice-to-Haves

• Telecom industry experience
• BICSI knowledge or certifications
• GIS software experience
