Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and NYC DOB-licensed Construction Superintendent to lead our field operations. This role requires a professional capable of managing complex site activities from groundbreaking through final interior fit-outs. You will be the primary on-site leader responsible for safety, subcontractor coordination, and project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee all daily field operations for both ground-up developments and high-end commercial/residential interiors.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict OSHA and NYC DOB safety standards. Maintain the required daily DOB logbooks and ensure the site is always ready for inspections.
• Coordination: Manage and schedule all subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain an efficient project workflow.
• Schedule & Quality: Drive the project schedule, using software such as Procore or Bluebeam to track progress and ensure all work meets project specifications.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary field liaison for architects, engineers, and project managers.

Required Qualifications

• Licensing: Must possess a valid NYC DOB Construction Superintendent Registration.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of verifiable experience as a lead Superintendent in the U.S. construction industry.
• Project History: Proven track record of managing projects through multiple phases, including ground-up structures and detailed interior renovations.
• Certifications:
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Card.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings; familiarity with MS Project and Procore.
