Prepare accurate and timely estimates for ground up, renovation, and interior build out commercial projects. Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes. Develop conceptual budgets, schematic pricing, and full GMP proposals. Solicit, evaluate, and scope subcontractor bids to ensure coverage and alignment. Maintain active communication with project managers, preconstruction leadership, and clients. Participate in value engineering, constructability reviews, and cost saving solution development. Support handoff to operations teams to ensure alignment with budget and scope. 3+ years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor. Strong understanding of CSI divisions, commercial construction means and methods, and subcontractor trades. Proficient in estimating software, takeoff tools, and construction management platforms. Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously across varied market sectors. Detail oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. What's on Offer
