The OpportunityYou're not selling software. You're not cold-calling strangers. You're not grinding through a 6-month procurement cycle to close a deal nobody cares about. You're on a video call with a couple who just got engaged, helping them figure out how to elope on a mountain in Colorado, or plan a ceremony in a wildflower meadow with their closest people and the Rockies behind them. When they book, you'll hear "you just made our dream real and this was so easy" on a regular basis.That's the job.Adventure Amore is the parent company behind Colorado Outdoor Weddings, Superbloom Weddings, and Adventure Amore Photography. We doubled revenue last year and are on track to quadruple it this year. The model is proven, the leads are coming in, and our current on-call close rate is 30%. We're hiring two Sales Consultants as the founding members of our dedicated sales team.We're not just growing a business we're on a mission to change the way the wedding industry works. Too many couples spend months stressed, overwhelmed, and overpaying for an experience that should be joyful from the very first conversation. You'd be the first person they talk to, and the one who sets the tone for everything that follows.We're onboarding by June 1st. This process is moving fast.What You'll Actually DoYou'll spend your days on video calls with couples who've already reached out to us warm inbound leads, not cold outreach. Your job is to listen, understand what they want their day to look and feel like, answer their questions, and guide them to the right package.This is consultative, emotionally driven selling. You're not pushing product. You're helping people make a decision they already want to make, and you're the first person who makes them feel like this is actually going to happen.A typical day: 56 scheduled calls (60 minutes each), 12 follow-ups, plus CRM updates and prep. You'll manage an active pipeline of 810 prospects at any given time. Monthly booking target is 30, and the goal is to book on the call.Schedule: At least one weekend day per week is required (this is when couples are available and weekend bookings carry a higher commission rate). Beyond that, you choose the days and hours that work for you as long as you're hitting your targets.CompensationFull-time, W-2. We do regular team offsites, in-person planning sessions, and collaborative work days. This is a primarily remote role, with 1-2 required in office days in Denver/Front Range area per month We want our sales team connected to the photographers, the creative process, and the couples we serve.If You're Coming From the Wedding IndustryYou love working with couples. You love the energy of wedding days. But you're tired of the 12-hour shoots, the marketing, the finance, the weekend-after-weekend grind, the editing backlog, and running a business. This role keeps you in the world you love, helping couples plan their wedding day. You don't need "sales experience" on your resume you've been selling packages and managing client expectations for years.What We're Looking ForBased within one hour of Denver, CO2+ years in consultative, emotion-driven, or relationship-based sales OR 2+ years in the wedding industry working directly with couples. If you've been selling packages and managing client expectations, that counts as sales experience, even if your title never said "sales."If you're coming from another sales role, you bring the process discipline we'll teach you the product. You'll walk into a proven call architecture, objection frameworks, a custom pricing calculator, and warm inbound leads, not a blank whiteboard and a phone list.Comfort navigating emotionally charged conversations where the buyer's partner, parents, or budget concerns are all in playSelf-directed time management.
