Position Overview:
We're seeking System Design Specialists who are passionate about helping homeowners protect and improve their most valuable asset, their home. In this role, you'll guide homeowners through important decisions about foundation and concrete repair, providing expertise, clarity, and solutions that truly meet their needs. You won't be cold calling as our marketing and customer care teams provide warm, high-intent leads and schedule appointments for you. You'll have the support and resources of a team dedicated to helping you succeed and grow in your role.

As a trusted System Design Specialist, you'll inspect foundations, crawlspaces, and concrete surfaces to identify structural issues and design tailored solutions using our proven systems. You'll answer questions, address concerns, and help homeowners feel confident in their decisions. This hands-on role combines technical knowledge with the ability to guide homeowners through a major investment in their property. From the first meeting to the final agreement, you'll deliver a professional, transparent, and redefining experience that reflects our commitment to quality and care.

Pay Range:
4-month training pay + commission. On or before month 4, 100% commission based. $100K+ in annual earnings potential, with top performers earning $200K+ in uncapped commissions.

- Valid Driver's License to travel to scheduled appointments.
