New Home Sales Professional
As our New Home Sales Professional, you will create a world-class home buying experience by helping buyers identify their dream home, select floor plans, amenity options, and assist in coordinating the construction process. Licensed agents are preferred but we also encourage applicants who are seasoned sales professionals seeking a new industry to sell in. Responsibilities
- Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career
- Represent builder and company in a professional manner to potential clients and industry professionals to project the values of our team and quality of our work
- Negotiate and effectively communicate transaction details between sellers and potential buyers to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial process
- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals
- Have a proactive networking mindset and always be networking in order to generate new business and meet sales goals
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- A proven track record of sales and success
- Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
- Knowledge of the local Real Estate market preferred
- Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people
