ARS Rescue Rooter of Miami is seeking two results-driven Retail Program Managers to lead and grow our Alliance Partner Lead Generation Programs. This role is ideal for experienced retail leaders who excel at coaching teams, driving performance through KPIs, and turning customer interactions into measurable results. The right candidate will bring a strong background in retail management, lead generation, and metric-based leadership, along with the ability to motivate teams and hold them accountable to high standards. Bilingual English and Spanish is required to effectively support our team and customer base.

Recruit, train, and direct all personnel within the retail sales program to obtain daily/weekly specified lead goals.\nManage hourly/daily associates performance, schedules and activities to achieve service center goals.\nHold weekly associate meetings to inform, educate, and motivate individual team members.\nProvide individual and team progress updates vs. goals.\nProvide training on technical issues affecting the retail program (seasonal changes, IAQ materials, HVAC equipment, etc.).\nCreate competitive atmosphere between associates with internal contests for leads or challenges to a neighboring branch such as a “race” to a pre-determined goal, etc.\nSpend 60-65% of time in the field with SSAs and retail store management.\nMeet and / or exceed all ARS-Rescue Rooter established departmental business performance standards for lead generation, staffing, and leads run.\nDevelop and maintain positive, direct, working relationships with retail store personnel and retail store area management.\nMeet with retail store managers and/or home services team members to provide performance updates and notify of schedule or staffing changes.\nSchedule and implement planned store “events”, being sure to involve Store Management.\nQualifications:

Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required.\nMust have two years of demonstrated sales leadership or retail management experience.\nThe ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision is also required.\nThis job requires the ability to read and interpret training material.\nRelated experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
