
Oncology Market Access Marketing Manager I/II

Job Description
Support the Oncology OMAM team in executing market access strategies and delivering compliant value communications for payer and account facing field teams. Drive cross-functional coordination, maintain trackers and process discipline, support IBT activities, and key strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate agencies per AD/Director guidance; manage briefs, timelines, trafficking; raise strategic market access topics as needed.
Promotional material development and management: assist in developing, maintaining, and gaining approval for promotional/value materials with in the MLR process.
Support IBT: attend extended meetings, share access updates, ensure consistent information flow with Brand (e.g., new data/label impacts).
Maintain operational rigor: deliverable/approval/budget trackers, policy review documentation, accurate finance/compliance reporting.
Manage and maintain finance trackers, including spend reconciliation, communication with finance teams, opening POs and SOWs.
Manage plans, cadences, and deadlines across indications; reprioritize quickly and provide coverage during peak periods.
Communicate clearly and early on risks/dependencies with mitigation recommendations; draft concise internal rollout communications and coordinate meeting logistics.
Collaboration landscape
Market Access Marketing, Brand, HEOR, Medical Payer Strategy, APEX, Trade/Distribution, Legal/Regulatory/Medical, OEC, Finance, and agencies/vendors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (marketing, business, communications or related) or equivalent experience.
Strong organization, version control, documentation, and cross-functional communication.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project trackers.
Preferred (oncology)
Knowledge of key market access stakeholders, including payers, GPOs, IDNs and managed healthcare organizations.
Experience with oncology payer/access and value communications across pharmaceutical benefits and SP channels.
Working knowledge of Part B vs Part D, site-of-care dynamics, reimbursement, and oncology distribution models.
Familiarity with NCCN guidelines and pathway environments and their impact on coverage and utilization.
Agency/vendor coordination.
Key competencies
Planning & prioritization across multiple indications.
Stakeholder management and feedback integration.
Results orientation with proactive risk management.
Compliance mindset in a highly regulated environment.
Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
