Work You'll Do
Write and edit web postings to ensure clarity, accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Maintain and update featured stories and other site content within a WordPress environment.
Ensure digital content is current, aligned, and consistently presented across web-based platforms.
Coordinate with contributors and stakeholders to gather, edit, and publish content on schedule.
Monitor content needs and proactively identify updates and improvements without waiting for direction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of relevant professional experience in digital content management, web publishing, communications, or a related field.
Experience serving in the Intelligence Community (IC).
Hands‑on experience managing and publishing content in WordPress.
Strong writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to create clear, accurate, user‑friendly digital content.
Experience supporting or applying knowledge management practices across shared repositories and content libraries.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Must have and maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Ability to be on‑site in McLean, VA full‑time.
Ability to travel 20‑50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Wage range: $107,000 to $150,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
