
Digital Marketing Specialist, Content & SEO

Sherwin-Williams Global Architectural Marketing is seeking a Digital Content Strategy Marketing Specialist with approximately 1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or a related field.
Responsibilities
Support the identification and development of improved content experiences across brand website properties to help enhance the customer experience and support organic traffic growth
Assist with execution of digital content and organic growth initiatives, including content optimization, website enhancements, SEO/AEO tactics, and related activities under established strategies
Help leverage analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightEdge, and Glassbox to monitor performance, compile reports, and flag potential content or technical issues
Analyze performance data and insights to help identify opportunities for new content creation and optimization of existing assets, including product content, how‑to resources, and color tools across multiple brands and customer segments
Support ongoing optimization processes to ensure site content remains accurate, consistent, and aligned across digital customer experiences and touchpoints
Contribute to digital campaign execution by partnering with eBusiness partners, analytics, design, marcom and marketing, IT, and data teams to support and develop content deliverables and digital marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to assist with page development, content updates, and post‑launch optimization efforts based on performance data and insights
Support merchandising initiatives by helping ensure promotional, product, and sale‑related website updates are accurately reflected and effectively presented to enhance the user experience
Build working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) by assisting with content updates and learning how the platform supports marketing, merchandising, and compliance needs across the site.
Provide occasional support for site migration through content authoring efforts as needed
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree
Understanding of content management systems (CMS)
Understanding of digital marketing sphere consisting of digital content and creative development, SEO, SEM, paid support, social media, email marketing, analytics, etc
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of content management systems (CMS)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
Content management experience
Ecommerce experience
Experience with Adobe solutions, primarily Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience using digital analytics solutions; Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc
Experience with Adobe solutions, primarily Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Travel: 5%
