Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
5 years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development
Preferred Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational development
Experience leading and developing a high-performing team of managers, instructional designers and content developers, supporting a complex and diversified business
Proven success using data and analytics to shape learning strategy, measure outcomes, and influence senior leadership decisions
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning initiatives to measurable operational and financial results
Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead cross‑functional teams through change and growth
Responsibilities
Manage a team of L&D Managers, instructional designers, and content developers to deliver high‑impact, learner‑centered training solutions
Lead the design, development, and execution of enterprise learning strategies and projects that align with company goals and workforce priorities
Manage an active slate of 20‑30 L&D projects, ensuring high sense of urgency and on‑time delivery working through a global team
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business challenges into targeted learning and development strategies
Leverage data, analytics, and performance metrics to identify capability gaps, measure learning effectiveness, and demonstrate ROI on learning investments
Oversee multiple L&D workstreams, including operations training, tech and systems training, and as needed training
Drive continuous improvement and innovation through insights from learning analytics, employee feedback, and operational data
Lead from the front, inspiring and influencing direct reports, peers, and others outside of the direct team with positivity, solutioning, and a future‑focused mindset
