This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in an insurance agency or brokerage environment who enjoys working directly with clients, managing a book of business, and delivering high-level service across a variety of commercial insurance programs.
What You’ll Do
As a Commercial Lines Account Manager , you will play a key role in servicing and supporting a book of commercial insurance clients while partnering closely with Sales Executives and internal teams.
In this role, you will:
Manage day-to-day service needs for a commercial lines book of business , ensuring timely and accurate client support
Review policies, endorsements, and coverages across commercial insurance programs
Assist with quoting, renewals, and marketing efforts with carriers
Collaborate with Sales Executives on new business and client retention strategies
Build strong client relationships by providing consultative service and proactive communication
Navigate carrier relationships and internal systems (EPIC, AMS360, or similar) to deliver solutions
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for experienced professionals who want to take the next step in their careers. You bring:
3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience in an agency, brokerage, or carrier environment
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
Experience managing or supporting a commercial lines book of business
Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, policies, and endorsements
Ability to work directly with clients and internal partners in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning agency management systems (EPIC, AMS360, etc.)
