Business Development Specialist Full Time • University Place Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Create and present proposals to potential clients. Foster relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth service. Keep track of opportunities and sales in CRM system. Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent (some college or degree preferred) Experience in business development or client relations (janitorial or commercial cleaning industry preferred) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM system A self-starter with strong organizational skills Valid driver's license Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Paid time off Car allowance or use of company car Health insurance ServiceMaster Services is an equal opportunity employer.
