What We’re Looking For:
3 years of proven experience selling staffing services in the Mesa market
Strong track record in B2B sales and business development
Experience generating new business through:
Cold calling
Prospecting
On-site client visits
Relationship building
Ability to identify opportunities and grow accounts strategically
Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
What You’ll Do:
Actively prospect and develop new clients in Mesa
Visit client offices and build strong in-person relationships
Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach
Drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in the market
