You’ll be at the center of pump and valve production connecting quotes, materials, and schedules so projects actually move. This role touches everything: Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Service. If something’s off, you catch it early. If something’s missing, you fix it.

What You’ll Do
Turn quotes into active jobs and sales orders (Epicor Kinetic)
Build and manage job structures, BOMs, and schedules
Keep pump and valve demand aligned across projects
Track materials and solve shortages before they slow production
Work closely with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Service
Monitor timelines, job status, and production readiness
Coordinate service cases and remanufacturing efforts
Create reports and dashboards that give teams visibility
Keep ERP data clean, accurate, and useful
What You Bring
Experience in production coordination, planning, or operations
Strong ERP and Microsoft Office skills
Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Problem-solver mindset—you don’t wait for issues; you get ahead of them
Clear communicator who works well across teams
