Renewal by Andersen is hiring a high-energy Retail Marketing Manager for a regional role covering two Central Pennsylvania markets . This is a field-based, metrics-driven opportunity with 40% travel , focused on building and scaling retail partnership performance through visibility, leadership, and results.
You will be responsible for developing and selling new retail partnership opportunities , identifying aligned brick-and-mortar locations, opening doors with store leadership, and turning every partnership into a consistent lead-producing channel. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, negotiating placements, and owning outcomes.
As the primary partnership point of contact, you’ll manage ongoing relationships, maintain retailer engagement, and ensure each partnership location delivers a polished, on-brand presentation. You’ll support Brand Ambassadors in the field by coordinating setup, reinforcing standards, and ensuring our retail presence reflects a world-class customer experience.
This role is highly metrics-driven and KPI-focused . You’ll track pace, production, and conversion while using clear KPIs to improve partnership ROI, make data-backed decisions, and hold teams accountable to performance expectations.
What you’ll own:
Develop, sell, and expand retail partnership placements across three Central PA markets
Lead, train, and coach Brand Ambassadors while reinforcing partnership execution standards
Conduct daily store checks, manage time and attendance, and ensure partnership locations meet brand and performance expectations
Track KPIs and results to continuously strengthen partnership performance and profitability
