Overview
Prime Video is a first‑stop entertainment destination offering customers a vast collection of premium programming in one app available across thousands of devices. Prime members can customize their viewing experience and find their favorite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios‑produced series and movies, licensed fan favorites, and programming from Prime Video add‑on subscriptions such as Apple TV+, Max, Crunchyroll, and MGM+. All customers, regardless of Prime membership, can rent or buy titles via the Prime Video Store and enjoy additional free content with ads.
Key Responsibilities
Define, build, and own a supply‑segmentation and forecasting system that identifies high, mid, and low‑value supply cohorts across 1P (SVOD, Live, Linear) and partner (PVC) inventory.
Design yield strategies that map supply tiers to appropriate buying models and demand channels (e.g., only PG deals can buy into top‑tier supply or local demand through auction). Develop pricing models and optimize revenue while maintaining viewer satisfaction.
Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for the advertising yield solution – from requirements and roadmap to engineering and launch.
Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to drive trade‑offs between time‑to‑market and feature completeness; translate data insights into strategy and actionable plans.
Basic Qualifications
11+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience.
10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience with feature delivery trade‑offs, roadmap strategy, and technical discussion leadership.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence across diverse organizations and levels.
Demonstrated ownership, result‑orientation, and leadership across multiple cultures and personalities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements.
Business analysis or process improvement and strong project‑management fundamentals.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities, make timely decisions, and take bold action in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience building smart trade‑offs between time‑to‑market and feature completion.
Academic background in business, economics, computer science, or engineering (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Passion for digital media and entertainment.
