Job Summary
The Marketing Content Creator supports the Traditional Marketing team by developing and managing content that drives brand awareness and qualified lead generation. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, manage social media, and track performance across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Lead Generation Support
Assist with planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms
Support lead generation initiatives in partnership with Sales, Events, and Proximity Marketing teams
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversion and ROI
Content Creation & Social Media
Create engaging content including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials
Manage and grow company social media channels while maintaining brand consistency
Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach and engagement
Develop and manage a content calendar
Project Coordination
Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion
Manage timelines, deadlines, and quality standards
Collaborate with external vendors (designers, printers, web developers)
Provide organizational support for events and promotions
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on KPIs including web traffic, engagement, and lead generation
Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve content performance
Collaboration
Partner with internal teams including Community Engagement and Events to support company initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Experience analyzing marketing performance and campaign metrics
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and social media management software
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Customer‑facing or sales support experience is a plus
Graphic design tool experience is a plus
Compensation & Incentives
Base salary: $53,471–$55,000
Performance incentive: $20 per qualified lead generated through content marketing efforts (as defined and tracked by company standards)
