Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Specialist with a proven track record managing high‑budget paid media campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi‑channel paid media programs with monthly budgets exceeding $50,000, driving lead generation and membership conversions across our growing club footprint. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, performance‑obsessed, and experienced managing significant media spend with measurable ROI.
What You’ll Do The Paid Social Media Specialist will own and scale paid media campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat). This dynamic position requires deep platform expertise, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to translate performance data into strategic action.

Reporting and tracking in HubSpot are accurate, timely, and clearly show what's working, what's not, and what to do next.
You regularly test and refine creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages – then scale what wins.
Campaigns are aligned with brand and field marketing so messaging and visuals feel cohesive across channels and in clubs.
Budgets of $50,000+ monthly are well managed with full accountability for pacing, efficiency (CPL, CPA, ROAS), and ROI.
Responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute high‑budget paid media campaigns across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), aligned with overall marketing strategy.
Own daily campaign management and optimization, including bid strategy, budget pacing, audience segmentation, and creative rotation to drive performance against KPIs.
Manage and allocate significant monthly media budgets across channels, ensuring optimal spend efficiency and maximum ROI.
Utilize HubSpot and other internal tracking tools for campaign tracking, lead management, attribution, and detailed performance reporting.
Analyze campaign data across paid social and paid search channels to identify trends, insights, and scaling opportunities.
Develop and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and clear recommendations on budget reallocation and campaign strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid media campaigns are fully integrated with organic social, email, and field marketing for a cohesive strategy.
Collaborate with the brand team to develop and optimize compelling visual assets and copy for paid social and paid search.
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends across paid social and paid search to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or an analytical related field.
2+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social and/or paid search campaigns with monthly budgets of $50,000 or more.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media budgets at scale, with measurable results in lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
Deep platform expertise in Meta Ads Manager (required); experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and/or Microsoft Ads strongly preferred.
Experience with full‑funnel paid media strategy spanning both paid social and paid search channels.
Proficiency in campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting; familiarity with HubSpot is a strong plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting performance data to make informed optimization and budget decisions.
Excellent attention to detail – QA Master across creatives, tracking, and reporting.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high‑budget campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications Certified Meta Media Buyer and/or Google Ads certification.
Experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) in addition to paid social.
Experience with programmatic advertising or display networks.
Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign tracking and lead management.
Background in fitness, health & wellness, retail, or multi‑location franchise marketing.
Travel Up to 10% for new store opening events and club support.
