Channel Marketing Manager
Location: U.S. (Remote)
Compensation: $125,000 base + bonus
Mobile Mentor is a Microsoft Partner of the Year award winner with deep expertise in Modern Work, Security and Copilot. We're looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to own and grow our partnership with Microsoft in the U.S. building a scalable model for engagement that can expand globally. Working closely with senior members of the Mobile Mentor Sales, Marketing and Channel Team, this role leads Mobile Mentor's engagement with the various Microsoft programs, and relationship development with the Microsoft field sales organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on partnership development, understands the rhythms and priorities of the Microsoft Partner Network, and is eager to lead a modern channel program that drives measurable growth.
Mission
Build and scale a high-impact Microsoft Partner engagement program that expands awareness of Mobile Mentor, generates shared pipeline, and positions our services at the center of Microsoft's Modern Work priorities.
Key Outcomes
You’ll measure success through:
Monthly growth in Microsoft-generated leads and joint opportunities
Monthly growth in Microsoft workshops, assessments, and ECIF
Quarterly growth across Copilot Mentoring, Security, and Managed services
Expanded brand visibility within Microsoft's ecosystem (Partner Center, OCP, internal channels, and LinkedIn)
Inclusion in co-selling opportunities, webinars and customer events
Partner of the Year recognition
What You’ll Do
1. Build and Lead the Microsoft Channel Program
Implement repeatable channel engagement models starting in the U.S.
Develop playbooks, cadences, and enablement resources to scale to other markets
Align Mobile Mentor's offerings to Microsoft's FY priorities and GTM plays
2. Deepen Strategic Relationships with Microsoft Teams
Build relationships with specific industry teams, and partner development managers
Become a trusted, proactive partner who identifies opportunities and acts fast
Facilitate joint planning sessions and ensure Mobile Mentor stays top-of-mind for co-sell motions
3. Drive Brand Presence and Awareness within Microsoft
Position Mobile Mentor as a thought leader through activity on LinkedIn
Promote success stories and win wires to internal Microsoft sellers and GTM channels
Manage and optimize Mobile Mentor's marketplace listings and Partner Center profile
4. Leverage Microsoft Programs and Incentives
Maximize ECIF, GTM, and JumpStart funding opportunities
Build business cases to secure campaign support and co-investment
Track ROI from incentive programs and continuously refine how we engage
5. Fuel Demand and Pipeline Growth
Partner with sales and marketing to design Microsoft-aligned campaigns and events
Co-create regional and vertical events that drive awareness and qualified leads
Deliver measurable growth in new-logo opportunities and upsell within existing accounts
You’ll Succeed If You
Have 57 years of experience in Microsoft partner marketing, channel development, or related GTM roles
Understand Microsoft's commercial ecosystem (Partner Center, ECIF, Co-Sell, GTM Services, etc.)
Are both strategic and hands-on. You can design the program and execute the details
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where initiative and creativity are valued
Bring strong communication skills, relationship instincts, and a growth mindset
Not Your Primary Focus (But You’ll Collaborate Closely On)
Content creation (case studies, blogs, video)
Website updates or SEO management
Global partnerships outside Microsoft
Day-to-day marketing operations
