Wage:
$20.00 – $25.00/hr. (DOQ)
Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday

Duties of the customer service: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage invoicing Support the sales team with pricing and data entry Provide basic remote technical troubleshooting Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently Manage high-volume correspondence with accuracy
Requirements of the customer service: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or dispatch experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of garage doors, openers, and parts
