Role Overview
We are seeking motivated
Call Center Representatives
to support Department of Revenue operations. This is a fast-paced environment where you will handle customer inquiries related to tax procedures and provide exceptional service via phone and written communication. Key Responsibilities ✔ Provide high-quality customer service via phone and written correspondence ✔ Handle inquiries related to tax filing and payment requirements ✔ Analyze and resolve customer issues using training and available resources ✔ Maintain professionalism with strong grammar and communication skills ✔ Ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards ✔ Utilize basic computer systems to access and update data Additional Responsibilities (Tax Analyst Functions) ✔ Assist taxpayers and internal teams with technical and procedural support ✔ Review accounts and apply payments accurately ✔ Conduct research to resolve complex tax-related issues ✔ Process account closures and manage billing/liabilities ✔ Support investigations with documentation and evidence handling ✔ Handle confidential data and disclosure requests ✅
