What You’ll Do
Lead CI strategy aligned with plant and corporate goals Drive cross-functional projects using
Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) Implement Lean tools (5S, standard work, Kaizen, root cause analysis) Coach teams and promote a culture of continuous improvement Track performance, ROI, and sustain results
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 7+ years in manufacturing; 3+ years in CI leadership Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Additional Info Travel between Fairfield & Ukiah required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Hands-on role with shop floor involvement
