The Pickle Juice Company is a rapidly growing functional beverage brand backed by private equity investors and expanding across retail, sports, and performance channels. Our product is the only beverage clinically proven to stop muscle cramps, and demand continues to accelerate nationwide.
About the Role
As we scale the business, we’re looking for an operations leader with beverage and bottling experience who can help strengthen and scale our production environment. This role is based at our Mesquite, Texas production facility.
Responsibilities
Leadership of production, warehouse, logistics, and inventory operations
Coaching and development of production and operations team members
Driving process improvement and operational efficiency across bottling lines
Improving production planning, scheduling, and throughput
Ensuring compliance with GMP, food safety, and quality standards
Supporting operational readiness for continued national growth
Qualifications
The strongest candidates typically come from:
Beverage bottling environments
High-speed packaging operations
Food & beverage manufacturing
Experience in Director level positions

Pay range and compensation package
Base salary: $105,000 – $135,000, depending on experience
Performance bonus opportunity (10–20%) tied to operational results
