Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy

B2B eCommerce Platform Analyst

to support and enhance our ORO Commerce (B2B) portals.

In this role, you will act as the key connector between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams—driving platform performance, optimizing user experience, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business goals. What You’ll Do
Drive Business & Platform Solutions
Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and workflows
Identify gaps and recommend scalable, user-focused solutions
Support roadmap planning and prioritize enhancements that drive business value
Own & Optimize the Platform
Manage day-to-day operations of the ORO Commerce / Magento B2B platform
Maintain catalogs, pricing, customer structures, and workflows
Partner with IT and vendors to resolve issues, improve performance, and ensure platform stability
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Support Integrations & Technical Execution
Collaborate on integrations between eCommerce platforms and ERP/enterprise systems
Review APIs, technical specs, and system impacts for enhancements
Lead testing efforts including UAT, release validation, and data quality checks
Support data mapping, migrations, and performance/load testing
Lead Projects & Deliver Results
Manage small to mid-sized projects from planning through execution
Develop timelines, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure on-time delivery

Partner, Train & Influence
Serve as the go-to expert for platform functionality and enhancements
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing user support
Communicate updates, releases, and best practices across the organization
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
3–5+ years of experience supporting eCommerce platforms or digital solutions
Hands-on experience with ORO Commerce or Magento B2B preferred
Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce (catalogs, pricing, customer hierarchies, order workflows)
Technical acumen with APIs, integrations, and system architecture
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience integrating eCommerce platforms with ERP systems (Oracle E-Business a plus)
Background in QA testing, UAT coordination, and release management
Experience working directly with customers or external partners
