Accountabilities
Work alongside product managers and engineers to inform product strategy
Plan and execute user research to drive design direction
Define user flows and information architectures that enhance usability
Design and evolve user interfaces with a strong visual rationale
Maintain an iterative design process incorporating feedback and testing
Create mockups and design artifacts to clarify product vision
Balance user needs with business requirements in an agile setting
Promote human-centered design principles across stakeholders
Advocate for empathy towards users and their operational tools
Requirements
Experience in planning and conducting user research
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Strong understanding of human-centered design methodologies
Ability to adapt in ambiguous situations
Expertise in creating end-to-end interaction flows
Skill in developing engaging user interfaces
Familiarity with various design processes and storytelling
Capacity to contribute to product strategy in agile environments
Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
