I'm partnered with an early-stage EdTech startup looking to scale fast after exceptional recent funding. It's a small team with high standards; we care about people who take ownership, move quickly, and consistently deliver.
You’ll work directly with the founder on the company’s most critical priorities: operations, logistics, strategy, and growth. This is not a support role. You’ll own outcomes, solve hard problems, and push the business forward.
What You’ll Do
Own high-impact projects end-to-end across the business
Build systems and processes that actually scale
Identify bottlenecks early and eliminate them fast
Drive key initiatives across growth, operations, and expansion
Turn ambiguity into clear plans and executed results
What We’re Looking For
Ideally 1 year + in a high-performance environment (top-tier startup, consulting, banking, or similar)
Evidence of exceptional ability (fast progression, standout achievement, or operating beyond your level)
Relentless desire for action and high accountability
Structured thinker who executes quickly and independently
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with minimal guidance
High ownership, low ego, and strong internal standards
