The Inspection and Packaging Associate supports daily manufacturing operations by inspecting parts, picking and packing orders, and preparing finished products for shipment. This role requires strong attention to detail, frequent use of a hand-held microscope for quality inspections, basic math skills, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment Perform visual and microscope inspections of wire and other small components Complete quality assurance and quality control checks Pick, pack, and move orders to designated areas on the production floor Build and securely wrap pallets for shipment Perform basic math for counts, quantities, and order verification Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Stand and work on your feet for the entire shift Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Required Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift Ability to stand for long periods in a physically demanding environment Experience with visual inspection in production or general labor settings Ability to use a hand-held microscope for detailed inspections Basic math skills Strong attention to detail and focus on quality Experience with general labor, packing, or warehouse tasks Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse roles Experience in quality inspection or quality assurance Familiarity with order picking and material handling Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why Work Here?

This role is based in a production and warehouse setting. Associates remain on their feet for the full shift while performing inspections, packing, and pallet-wrapping tasks. The environment is fast-paced, quality-focused, and requires lifting up to 50 pounds while following standard safety procedures. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
