Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer relations. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities include extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts. Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers. Schedule service and delivery orders, coordinate schedules with the service/operations team, contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans, refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation, and handle AP/AR/Invoicing/Scheduling/Routing. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, minimum of two years of customer service experience required, strong time management and project management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook), and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
