Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate and knowledgeable information regarding products, pricing, and availability Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met Perform data entry across various systems Qualifications
Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to customer service Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively Experience in the sign or print industry is preferred, but not required Compensation and Benefits
