Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Warehouse-Based) We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. You will have a designated workstation while also supporting warehouse operations as needed. Pay: $18/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM
4:30 PM (or until finished) Responsibilities include: Responding to client communications via phone and email Managing orders, inquiries, and complaints Resolving order discrepancies and delivery issues Verifying freight against documentation Counting, weighing, and labeling materials Providing general warehouse support Requirements: Customer service experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) A Plus Ability to stand 68 hours and lift up to 40 lbs Dress Code: Steel-toe boots required Resume Required: carolynharris@prologistix.com
