Ticketing Agent Victory Casino Cruises
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the reservation system.
Follow all cash handling and credit policies.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests.
Show initiative, including anticipating guest or operational needs.
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
Multitask.
Maintain a clean work area.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Victory Casino Cruises Handbook.
Scheduling will vary according to business needs.
Must be available to work weekends as needed.
Must be flexible with working holidays.
Field inbound guest service phone support.
Be aware of all rates, packages and special promotions.
Be aware of Blackout dates.
Obtain all necessary information when taking reservations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Education and Experience:
Computer experience required.
Customer Services experience required.
Money handling experience required.
Experience in Casino Industry preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Speaking, hearing, reading, and writing clearly.
Ability to stand during entire shift.
Some holiday shifts are required.
No visible Tattoos (includes hands, arms, face, neck).
Light Work, exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally.
Victory Casino Cruises has a No Visible Tattoo Policy. For this position you must be cleared of all arm, hand, face & neck tattoos.
