Senior Call Center Rep Details: Contract to Hire position $ 18.75 / hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 07:00pm) Various shift available within the 7am-7pm timeframe. Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via phone, email, chat, and other channels Focus on one-contact resolution by solving issues efficiently and accurately Use problem-solving skills to address complex customer concerns Accurately update and maintain customer records in the system Escalate priority issues when needed Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong focus on attendance and punctuality Maintain professionalism and stay calm under pressure or in difficult situations Communicate clearly with excellent verbal and written English skills Use basic PC skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); experience with multi-channel contact center software is a plus Senior Call Center Rep Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years of Call Center experience required Logistics industry knowledge a plus Strong attendance and punctuality - this role has zero tolerance policy for lateness or unexcused absences.
